Curtain Wall Installation

We install both stick and unitised curtain wall systems, including glazed and panelled assemblies. Our team ensures precise setting out, bracket installation, alignment, and sealing. We follow all fixing and tolerancing requirements to deliver a high-quality external envelope that performs in terms of air-tightness, thermal bridging, and aesthetics.

Unitised Panel Systems

Our installers are experienced in the safe handling and installation of pre-assembled unitised façade panels. These systems require accuracy and coordination due to their pre-fabricated nature — we ensure clean integration with structural slabs and surrounding elements, reducing site time and improving overall quality control.

Windows & Doors

We fit windows and doors within various façade systems, ensuring accurate placement, proper sealing, alignment, and thermal insulation. We work with different frame types including aluminium, UPVC, and composite systems, integrating them seamlessly with surrounding elements.

Cladding Installation

We install a wide range of cladding types, including aluminium composite material (ACM), high-pressure laminate (HPL), terracotta, stone, and rainscreen cladding systems. Our team works from detailed setting-out drawings and ensures secure fixing, ventilation gaps, fire barriers, and weatherproofing are installed exactly as specified.

Steel Framing Systems (SFS)

We assemble and install light-gauge steel framing (SFS) to form internal wall structures that support façade finishes. Our scope includes vertical studs, horizontal rails, head and base tracks, sheathing boards, and fixings. All work is carried out in line with design loadings, tolerances, and fire performance requirements.

Soffits & Balustrades

We install soffits beneath balconies, roof overhangs, and entrances, creating clean lines and durable finishes. We also install balustrade systems (glass, steel, or aluminium) for balconies and terraces, ensuring they are safe, compliant, and visually consistent with the façade.

Silicone Sealing

We carry out all necessary weather and structural silicone sealing during and after façade installation. This includes perimeter sealing of windows, joints in rainscreen panels, and curtain wall gaskets. We ensure clean application, strong adhesion, and long-term durability.

Cleaning & Maintenance

We offer final clean-down services post-installation, including protective film removal, debris clearance, and final detailing. We also provide ongoing façade maintenance, including inspections, minor repairs, and re-sealing, helping clients maintain performance and appearance over time.
